Braised lamb shanks served with roast root vegetable crush and a red wine jus
Individual sticky date puddings with a butterscotch sauce

MENU TWO - $44.00 per person
Caramelised red onion and goat cheese tartlets with a beetroot glaze
Chicken wrapped in Parma ham served on wild mushroom risotto and balsamic vinegar
Chocolate fudge cake swimming in a rich chocolate sauce


 MENU THREE - $48.00 per person
Chilli prawns with a lemon infused couscous and coriander salad
Seared beef fillet with parmesan, rocket, slow roasted tomatoes and cream of green pepper sauce
Fruita De BOSCO cheese cake with a fresh berry couli

We are also happy to tailor make a menu to suit your needs. We have a vast selection of starters, mains and desserts for you to choose from. Personalised menus start from $50 per person for three courses, one option per course
